Where can I find a decorator?
I’ve finally moved into my dream home in Chelsea, but the interior hasn't been touched since the late eighties. The woodwork is yellowing, and there are some really heavy-duty floral wallpapers that seem impossible to remove without damaging the plaster. I’m worried that if I try to do it myself, I’ll end up with a mess of uneven walls. Does anyone know a team that handles delicate restoration work? I want to preserve the soul of the house but give it a modern, clean palette that highlights the high ceilings and original features.
