About The 2023 Trip

For 2023, the year of our 20th Anniversary, we have many many new surprises and options, we have expanded our trip to offer a very diverse schedule of travelling opportunities.

Our trip is now divided in weeks, each on offering a very unique and distinct flavour and experience. You can choose to join us for one, two or as many weeks as you want.

Queer Tango Festival

February 21 to 26
With 20 maestros to choose from and an emphasis of fun milongas every day, this is the biggest queer tango explosion in Buenos Aires.

San Martin de los Andes - Patagonia

March 3 to 5

Mountains and Tango, the perfect combination of sightseeing in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world and milongas by night. A week to remember, just take your camera and dance shoes!

Rosario Festival

March 10 to 12

The second largest Tango community in Argentina, Rodario offers a great level of dancing with plenty of local dancers to mix and enjoy a weekend of classes and milongas as a warm up for the final week of the trip.

Buenos Aires + CITA 2023

March 14 to 18
The cherry on the cake of our trip, the biggest festival with the most a-list names of the Tango world under one roof. This week will be our usual combination of CITA activities and our outings to hand-picked milongas for the most exciting experience, you will never forget this trip!

What happens in between weekends?

We have everything perfectly organised: milongas, classes, tours, everything you need to have the best experience possible in Argentina!

Our trip is split in 3 weeks.

March 6 to 13

It's all about getting to know Buenos Aires in the first half of the week. You will also have daily Tango lessons & evening social dancing (milongas), tango shopping, a private City Tour, and walks around town for coffee and lunch at the best spots of the city. Also (new this year), in the second half of the week we will take an incredible trip to Azul and Bahia Blanca, to enjoy a bit of countryside, local milongas, traditional food and of course classes with top international Maestros every day!

March 13 to 20

This week is all about the CITA festival. We will attend the festival which lasts the whole week! During this week, you have daily festival Tango lessons with the festival's Master teachers, evening social dancing (milongas), a theatre show and more tango shopping.

The best thing is the CITA festival is that all activities are at our hotel! All your classes & the festival activities/parties are in the main ballroom of your hotel, so no need to travel to the festival and back! Between your classes you can rest in your room, have a quick nap & get some snacks.

March 20 to 26

The third week is all about getting to know Buenos Aires even more. During this week, you still have daily Tango lessons & evening social dancing (milongas), more tango shopping, and walks around town for coffee and lunch at the best spots of the city!

After many years of encouraging our students to travel to our beloved Buenos Aires, we heard many stories of people being a bit sceptical about travelling there alone.

Hence, we thoughtfully and carefully put together our first school trip to Buenos Aires!

Years later, it has become the highlight of our year bringing a safe, fun & encouraging experience to our beloved students & dear friends!

We wholeheartedly aim to make each trip an unforgettable experience, sharing all of our most-loved restaurants, cafés, milongas, our favourite Tango hang-outs and best kept secrets of the city!

We can't wait to share another amazing trip with you filled with lots of great memories and great tango!
