When we implemented an open plan in our office, it seemed like a great idea at first. The space became brighter, colleagues were closer, but with it came noise and constant distractions. At some point, I realized that I was losing productivity. Then our manager suggested installing meeting booths, and it changed everything. We chose solutions from 4 person meeting pod, and now we have ideal places for focusing and meetings. Work became much easier, and the atmosphere in the office significantly improved. It turned out that the right organization of space can increase not only productivity, but also the overall level of comfort.

Hi! Lately, I have noticed more and more how important a comfortable work environment is. When there is noise around, it is almost impossible to concentrate on tasks. It is good when there is an opportunity to retire and work quietly, without being distracted by extraneous conversations. This greatly increases productivity and helps to cope with tasks faster.
