Yoga for Tango
Wether you are completely new or a seasoned yoga practitioner, these Yoga sessions will support and improve the foundations of your Tango technique.
They have been especially designed to help you improve your balance and disassociation and bring more ease to your movement.
Of course you will get all the benefits of doing Yoga too: we will breath, learn how to release tension and be present to ourselves.

A few technical notes:
make sure your sound and video are ON, and put your microphone on MUTE. Select "Speaker View" on the top right corner of your screen if you wish to see my image full screen as I teach. I will not use music, but you are more than welcome to use my Playlist available on here:
-mat/towel (you can also practice on the floor though!)
-blocks (in alternative: a couple of books or a roll up blanket)
-strap (or a towel or scarf to help you out in some stretches)
-have your dinner after practicing (but have a light snack before if you know you are likely to feel faint or very hungry!)
-wear comfortable clothes, bare feet
-make sure you have drunk plenty of water during the day
-If you are injured please take care and don't do anything that causes pain (drop an email if you think you need guidance a few days before practicing)
-If you are in you first trimester of pregnancy please do not practice
