1:30 - 2:30PM Technique for Stable & Powerful Giros

• Posture: Tips on how to keep a strong posture while turning.

• Axis: Understanding how your axis changes dynamics.

• Losing balance? Tips to make you grounded and in control.

• Pivot Technique: Exercises to develop fluid and controlled pivots.

2:30 - 3:30PM 3 Types of Giros

 Why you need to know the three different types of giros and when to use them.

3:30 - 3:45PM BREAK

3:45 - 4:30PM Musicality

• Adapting your Giro to Different Orchestras

• Melodic Giros

• Rhythmical Giros

4:30 - 5PM GIRO DRILLS TO MUSIC

Please arrive no later than at 1:25PM to start the seminar on time.

Bring along a bottle of water, your most comfy Tango shoes and some delicious chocolate for extra energy!
