2 - 2:30pm STABILITY & BALANCE 

We will look at stability in detail. What is groundness in Tango and how to always stay in balance in your dance, creating a more confident dancer!

2:30 - 3:30pm TOP TIPS FOR AN ELEGANT TANGO WALK 

- How to align your spine, elongate your lines, and move with effortless grace.

- How to keep the connection with your partner

- What resistance means in tango, why it’s essential, and ways to achieve it for a beautifully controlled walk.

3:30 - 3:45PM BREAK

(During this break Maria will be showing exercises to strengthen ankles and feet which you can record for your personal learning) 

3:45 - 4:30PM MUSIC & ADORNOS

How to Connect Your Adornos to the Music

- Melodic adornos Vs Rhythmical adornos

4:30 - 5:30PM ADORNOS IN ACTION: MATCHING MOVES TO THE MUSIC

Practice makes... improvement! Get ready as we'll be putting our new Adornos into action with lots of drills to music!

Please arrive no later than at 1:20pm to start the seminar on time.

Bring along a bottle of water, your most comfy Tango shoes and some delicious chocolate for extra energy!
