Service Description

DID YOU KNOW? The foot is an intricate part of the body consisting of 26 bones, 33 joints, 107 ligaments and 19 muscles! If you have trouble wearing heels (feet hurt during or after dancing, stability problems, toe or arch pain, overall discomfort) than this class is for YOU! Working with bare feet, this class will focus on strengthening your whole foot and ankle while progressively stretching the arch week by week. What you need for class: - bare feet (no shoes) - a small face/hand towel - a chair
