4 Week Challenge: Time to Get Fit!

4 Week Challenge focusing on getting back to a healthier, fitter YOU! Our main focus will be core, abs and legs.
IS THIS FOR ME?
Will it be too difficult? No. No need to worry! We will start easy and slowly build up each day.
Week 1 will start beginner level and gradually build up week by week.
WHAT DO I NEED?
- a yoga mat. (if you dont have one, you can use 2 thick towels).
WHEN DO I START?
Start Date: Monday, May 10th
Final Date: Thursday, June 3rd
Classes will run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday mornings from 8am until 8:45am.
8 - 8:30am workout
8:30 - 8:45am stretching
Do as many sessions as you can to start feeling and seeing the changes!
If you can't attend one morning, you can still join the program! All sessions will be uploaded after the live class so you can do them as many times as you want.
Only £40 per person for the full 4 weeks.
This is not part of a package. £40 payment is required to attend the 4 week challenge.
