✨ Boleos Workshop for Followers ✨

Time: 2 to 3:30PM

This workshop is all about making your boleos feel lighter, clearer, and more musical. We will break things down in a very practical way so you understand not just what to do, but why it works. The goal is that your boleos stop feeling forced and start flowing naturally, with confidence and ease.

In this workshop you will

• Learn how to use your axis and dissociation to create clean, controlled boleos without tension

• Improve your timing so your boleos match the music and feel intentional rather than rushed

• Gain tools to make your boleos more expressive, adaptable, and comfortable in social dancing

Time: 3:45 to 5:15PM 

This session is designed for couples who want their boleos to feel easy, connected, and beautifully musical. We will work from both sides of the dance so leaders and followers truly understand what is happening in the movement, creating clearer communication and more confident results on the floor.

In this workshop you will

• Learn how to lead and follow boleos effortlessly, with clarity, comfort, and connection

• Explore circular and linear boleos in both open and close embrace, adapting them smoothly to each situation

• Understand the mechanics from both roles so your boleos match the music with style, control, and flair
